At NCSoft, sign up for an invite to participate in a free Guild Wars 2 for Windows Beta Membership. It's the only such opportunity we've seen for this beta test. Note that you may have to sign an NDA (non-disclosure agreement) in order to participate. It's still unclear when the game will be officially released.
