Tip of the Day: Clean Mushrooms Thoroughly Without Making Them Soggy
It’s really hard to clean all the dirt off mushrooms. If you use a damp paper towel that has been dipped in lemon juice, the acid in the juice will loosen all the dirt from the mushrooms while preventing them from turning brown. Now get on with your recipe!
