I know you’ve had plastic containers stained by tomato sauce. It can be challenging and nearly impossible to restore the plastic to it’s original color. Try this next time: before filling with any tomato-based food, spray lightly with non-stick cooking spray. The spray acts as a barrier preventing the food’s pigment from penetrating the plastic.
