In-app purchases were made from your account between November 2011 and June 3, 2014. If any of these in-app purchases was the result of a purchase made by a child under the age of 18 and the charge was not authorized by youand you havent already received a refund for that chargeyou might be eligible for a refund from Amazon .

To request a refund, please follow the steps below:

Use this link to sign in to your Amazon account and review your qualifying in-app purchases.https://www.amazon.com/gp/mas/refund-orders/in-apprefund/ If you would rather not use the link, you can find this message through Your Account on Amazon .com. Look in the Message Center under Important Messages.

Review the displayed instructions and select any eligible in-app purchases that were made by a child under the age of 18 that you did not authorize.

Click Submit.

Amazon will review your request and may contact you for additional information if necessary to determine whether an identified charge qualifies for a refund. All refund requests must be submitted no later than 5/28/18.
