Just stumbled across the LEGO Creator Park Street Townhouse on sale at Amazon .Usually $49.99, today 20% off, $39.99, 566 pieces, that is about 7 cents a piece, pretty good for LEGO .This set also includes many unique pieces, a 3-in-1 build. I checked the Camel site, doesn't reflect this low price yet, shows $48.49 as lowest price sold.

I have this set, I highly recommend it.
