Basic Windows 10 OS, 11.6 inch touch screen (Convertible Netbook pretty much),Intel Celeron N3050 Processor, 2 GB of ram, was listed as retail price of $249 (AC R3-131T-C1YF) now on clearance at $109.00. Store I was in had a wire cage with many electronics items on clearance with 3 units available. Good enough for email, web surfing, and very basic tasks.

I believe the WalMart item number is46444950 and you should be able to search brickseek.com and determine if there are any in your area stores at this price.
