Went into JC Penney's today and a sales manager came over and told my wife & I about a $.01 deal on a specific bath towel. I initially thought he meant buy one get one for a penny. But he said no and showed me that the towels had a label that said $.01. It is one per customer and today only. It was a lighter brown color. This store had a lot of them but a family with 4 kids followed us and got one for each of them.
