If you missed out on the Dell Xbox one with free controller deal this seems like a pretty good deal today.

You can go to WalMart online and build a bundle. I purchased the Xbox one 1TB Holiday value bundle which includes Gears of War; Ultimate edition, 30 games from Rare in Rare Replay and full game download of Ori and the Blind Forest. And a choice of 1 of3 controllers today. The white controller is free.I chose the Star Wars; Force Awakens controller for an additional $5. Purchase price on this bundle is $354.00+ tax. WalMart also offers free shipping or store pick up. You can also choose the white or black 500 GB console for $50 less. Those only come with Gears of War; Ultimate Edition bundle.
